Our team of experienced professionals has taken the time to answer some of our most frequently asked questions for your convenience.

  • Why should I trust GCCS?
    We’re proud to offer professional childcare cleaning services.   • What if something is missed?
    The cleaning methods we use ensure that your home receives the most consistent clean every time. During your first consultation, we’ll create a customized cleaning plan that’s designed to accommodate all of your specific requests. However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible, which is why we back all of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.
  • Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?
    No. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products on the market to ensure that we leave your childcare facility Clean, Santized, and Disenfected. If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.
  • What should I do before GCCS arrives?
    To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or personal items before we arrive. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place.
  • What time does your team arrive?
    While we cannot warranty our exact time of arrival because we give every childcare facility the attention it deserves and requires, we do offer arrival windows for your convenience. GCCS will be conducted after business hours to ensure our services are as minimally disruptive as possible.
  • What if I need to reschedule a service?
    GCCS understands how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your chilcare facility at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
  • How do I pay?
    Payments are due upon arrival of invoice. Detail instructions on how to submit transactions will included on invoice. All forms of electronic payments will be accepted. No payment transactions will be allowed between technicians and client.
